Getting started & moving forward: Our first steps at RÖDL

Enisa Hadzic and Noemi Maltese share their experiences of joining the team and their most significant learnings during their first year in a video interview. We are incredibly proud of how both colleagues have navigated their careers with us as career changers. Each of them has demonstrated in her own way just how much potential, dedication, and willingness to learn she has. They are a true asset to our team – each with her own unique strengths. We are especially pleased that Noemi is now taking the opportunity to complete our team leader training program. This is a wonderful development that she has truly earned through her performance and attitude during her first year with us.
