RÖDL ski weekend: team spirit in the Alps
Whether skiing, snowboarding or enjoying a leisurely winter hike, every year the mountains surrounding the Alpbachtal create an atmosphere that instantly brings people together. Against this backdrop, moments arise that bring us closer together as a team and have an impact that lasts well beyond the weekend. The diversity of the people who take part is particularly striking. From career starters to managing partners, everyone is represented. This mix enables encounters on an equal footing, promotes exchange across specialist areas and strengthens our cooperation across national borders. Many colleagues use the weekend to make new contacts, learn from each other or deepen existing relationships.
Family friendliness is also a central part of our corporate culture. Children are expressly welcome and are of course taken into account during the weekend. This creates an environment in which everyone can feel comfortable. It is precisely this openness that makes the weekend a special experience that tangibly reflects our culture.
The RÖDL ski trip is our annual signature event. 800 colleagues from across Europe. A weekend in Tyrol. Full of energy on the slopes and at the get-together in the evening. Simply magnificent.
Managing Partner
Friday evening traditionally marks the start of our ski weekend. We kick off the coming days together with a themed party. The first encounters, shared laughter and special atmosphere set the tone for the entire weekend. Saturday brings another highlight: the fun race, where sporting ambition and enjoyment go hand in hand. Teams compete against each other in various disciplines in a competition that generates excitement every year. The après-ski party and award ceremony that follow bring everyone together again and ensure a lively atmosphere and many happy faces. The ski weekend is much more than just a sporting event. It reflects our corporate culture, characterised by community, inspiring exchange and the joy of spending time together.
Our thanks go to the entire organising team and to Rödl for the excellent planning and facilitation of this special weekend. Experiences like this impressively demonstrate what Rödl stands for: team spirit that connects people and extends beyond everyday work.
Our annual ski weekend is now behind us, and I am still impressed by the energy we unleashed together. The weekend once again highlighted what defines us as a company at our core. One of the absolute highlights was, of course, our legendary fun race on Saturday afternoon. The sporting ambition in the teams of four was infectious – I take my hat off to everyone who competed in the slalom, giant slalom, skibob or snowshoe race!
