Learning and experience go hand in hand with us, right from the start. In addition to taking part in our in-house academy campus, which offers more than 200 seminars, professional training courses and language courses every year, either in person or via our virtual learning platform, you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in other business units as part of a practical assignment or, from the Senior Associate career level upwards, to work abroad temporarily during a secondment.
During onboarding, a team colleague will be at your side as a mentor to help you settle into the firm. As a junior manager, you will benefit from the exchange with experienced colleagues through our internal mentoring program.
SmartUp
With SmartUp, we offer you a comprehensive training concept for an optimal career start in consulting at Rödl & Partner. Our interdisciplinary support program accompanies career starters during the first three years. We provide you with specialized knowledge from the individual service lines as well as a comprehensive overview and prepare you for entry into the various career stages. You will deepen your specialist knowledge through involvement in challenging projects and expand your methodological and social skills in targeted training courses and seminars. In addition, business unit-specific events promote collegial exchange and networking right from the start.
Our SmartUp program offers a tailored training concept that includes on-the-job training, off-the-job training and participation in campus training courses.

Examination Support
Excellent professional knowledge and continuous development are of central importance to us. We are therefore happy to actively support you in obtaining professional exams and other qualifications, both financially and through time off. There are numerous options for individual arrangements to enable the best possible preparation for the professional examination or another qualification.
We offer a special series of events for trainee tax advisors, which provides comprehensive information about the tax advisor exam in three modules and prepares them specifically for the written and oral exams.
In addition to the traditional professional exams, we also support numerous other extra-occupational qualifications. These include specialist lawyer courses, titles such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) and further training to become an accountant, tax specialist or legal specialist.
