Dr. Michael Rödl: Head of Service Unit Human Resources

I studied business administration and received my doctorate in this subject. After starting my career in London, where I worked in turnaround management consulting, I was a research assistant at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. After working in Munich and Nuremberg in consulting and human resources, I joined Rödl & Partner in 2007, where I have been head of HR since 2011.

High satisfaction of our employees and applicants is very important to me. This means quality including punctuality in all our services and tasks, from payroll, contract/certification, employer branding to personnel and university marketing. Furthermore, we manage HR systems, especially in Germany – but increasingly worldwide – and thus create the basis for integrated work and strong company growth.
