Our company doctor and our occupational safety specialist offer you expert advice on reintegration after prolonged illness and vaccination advice for business trips abroad. You also benefit from preventive occupational health care for work at computer screens. This includes ophthalmological examinations, advice on glasses for VDU workstations, workplace inspections in the event of health complaints and ergonomic advice.

In the event of accidents at work, fast and competent first aid is essential. This is why we regularly train our company first aiders. In addition to physical emergency care, we offer “Mental Health First Aid” courses. These cover mental health first aid and qualify MHFA first aiders by imparting knowledge about various mental disorders and specific first aid measures.

In addition, different sports programs are available depending on the location. There are running and soccer groups, Nordic walking teams, and more at almost every branch. In Nuremberg, you can take advantage of the following offers: Yoga classes, mobile massage, sports groups (running, volleyball, soccer) and a dedicated beach volleyball court.

 

Our Nuremberg soccer team, for example, meets every Wednesday. No matter if young or old, hobby kicker or district league legend: Everyone is welcome to join in. Our international soccer tournament takes place regularly to strengthen team spirit across national borders. On the last tournament day, our teams from Germany, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and the host country Serbia faced each other. Christian Rödl will not miss this opportunity and will be on the pitch himself.

 

We also regularly invite experts, such as a running coach, and take part in the annual city bike ride and numerous company runs. Find out more about our participation in the Via Carolina Run, for example.

Right from the start, I was given the flexibility in my working hours to be able to do sport. The managers, right up to the highest level, not only give you the feeling that sporting activities are tolerated alongside your everyday work, but are even actively encouraged. Rödl & Partner is also a big supporter of our field hockey club and promotes the sport both financially and structurally.

Since spring 2021, we have expanded our employee support services to include the digital platform “Mein Kümmerer”. The contact point offers simple and anonymous access to qualified help and advice. With just a few clicks, our employees can find information and contact persons who can help them personally or anonymously via chat – regardless of whether they have health concerns, worries or conflicts at work. Our employees can also find articles on mental health and prevention on the platform.

 

Internal confidentiality office

 

Conflicts and difficult situations are not uncommon in everyday working life – the key is to deal with them constructively. If you have any questions or would like advice on ongoing problems in dealing with superiors, cross-border behavior such as sexual harassment or bullying in the team, all colleagues can contact the internal confidentiality office. It goes without saying that all concerns are treated neutrally and impartially. The members of the confidentiality office maintain absolute confidentiality about information and incidents.

This includes meeting you attentively and respectfully in order to get to know you and your concerns. We can then develop solutions together.
