What makes us unique is our “Kümmerer-Prinzip”. This means that our clients have a fixed contact person. The “caretaker” is permanently available, recognizes the need for advice and identifies the points that need to be clarified. This means that our clients no longer have to coordinate with several people and the quality of advice is maximized through efficient, lean and transparent structures.

This proven principle can be applied not only in contact with our clients, but also in our interaction with each other. For example, as part of our onboarding process, we have designated a single person as point of contact for new colleagues.

Our caring attitude is firmly anchored in our core brand values. Each of us approaches others with empathy and treats others as we would like to be treated ourselves.
