During the event, we will introduce you to Rödl & Partner as a training company, you will gain an insight into all the important topics for your successful start to your training and get to know the other trainees. After two informative days, you will be ready to start in your department, where your new colleagues will be looking forward to meeting you.

Apprentice meeting (Nuremberg/Fürth)

Learning and growing together. At our regular apprentice meetings, you have the chance to get to know all the trainees better. In addition to specialist presentations from the individual business areas, the focus is on a relaxed exchange of experiences. There are discussions about everyday working life in the individual departments, reports on the experiences of trainees in their second and third years of training and tips for the intermediate and final exams.

Did you know: Six weeks before the written final exams, we offer all trainees the opportunity to prepare for the exams once a week. Together we can do it!

I was very nervous at first, but that quickly subsided after the friendly greeting. I think you should just be yourself in the interview and not drive yourself crazy with your own thoughts beforehand. You are received very openly here and I am convinced that you can have a very pleasant conversation if you are open-minded and interested.
