Rödl & Partner offers diverse opportunities and provides the chance to chart individual career paths. Our trainee programs, eXplore Corporate Finance and eXplore Audit, will train you to become a top advisor for our clients within two years. Serving as the foundation for our talent program, SmartUp offers a comprehensive training concept for the optimal career start and prepares our talents for the next career phase.

Associate

As an Associate, you have taken the first step on the career ladder. Now all paths are open to you.

Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate, you will take on increasing responsibility for the coordination and organization of (sub-)projects.

Exam sponsorship

Together with you, we rely on excellent expertise and continuous education. Therefore, we support not only traditional professional exams, such as the tax advisor exam but also numerous other qualifications and certifications. With our funding policy, we provide transparency and individual options for financing and time off.
