Office management assistants (m/f/d)
You are responsible for organising and handling office management tasks. Depending on your area of responsibility, you, for example, handle correspondence, draft presentations, procure office supplies, plan and monitor appointments, prepare meetings and organise business trips.
Procedure of the training
Duration: 3 years (practical training and vocational school), apprenticeship can be shortened
Recognised professional qualification via the relevant Chamber of Industry and Commerce
Tax clerk (m/f/d)
Together with our tax advisors and auditors, you handle exciting client assignments in tax law and business management matters. You enjoy working with numbers and will prepare annual financial statements and process tax returns independently.

Duration: 3 years (practical training and vocational school), apprenticeship can be shortened
Recognised professional qualification via the relevant Chamber of Tax Consultants
Legal assistant (m/f/d)
You support our solicitors in managing client and case files and participate in various legal matters. In addition, you perform general organisational and commercial tasks, manage appointments and deadlines, and have direct contact with our clients.
Procedure of the training
Duration: 3 years (practical training and vocational school), apprenticeship can be shortened
Recognised professional qualification via the relevant Chamber of Lawyers
IT specialist for system integration or application development (m/f/d)
You support business processes in the IT sector and design customised information and communication solutions. With your enthusiasm for technology, you connect hardware and software components to form complex systems – from planning to implementation!

Dual study program
You do not just want to study – you want to make an impact right away? With us, you can combine your studies with practical experience and gain valuable professional skills. Apprentice induction event
Starting together. Right from the beginning.
Your journey with us begins in early September: together with all new apprentices from across Germany, you will meet at our apprentice induction event at our headquarters in Nuremberg.
What to expect:
- Insights into our company and your training with us.
- Everything you need for your successful start at Rödl.
- Networking & getting to know other trainees.
After two exciting days, you will continue in your department – where your colleagues are already looking forward to meeting you.
Apprentice meeting (Nuremberg/Fürth)
Network. Learn. Get ahead.
At our regular apprentice meet-ups, you’ll get to know other apprentices, exchange ideas, and gain insights into different business areas.
What to expect:
- Expert talks from various departments.
- Informal discussions about everyday training life and testimonials from apprentices in higher years.
- Tips for mid-term and final exams
Did you know? Six weeks before the written final exams, we give you dedicated time each week to prepare. Together, we have got this!
I was very nervous at first, but that quickly subsided after the friendly greeting. I think you should just be yourself in the interview and not drive yourself crazy with your own thoughts beforehand. You are welcomed very openly and I am convinced that you can have a very pleasant conversation if you are open-minded and interested here .
