This means that our clients no longer have to coordinate with multiple contacts, while maximising the quality of advice.
This proven principle applies not only to our interactions with clients, but also to how we treat each other. As a new colleague, you will be assigned a permanent contact who will guide you through your first few months. This means you can focus on settling in without having to search for someone to answer your questions.
