To help you get off to a good start, we have developed an onboarding guide. It will help you quickly settle into your team, receive all the necessary information, and establish contacts within the company early on.

Preboarding – We look forward to seeing you

Immediately after signing the contract, you will receive our comprehensive preboarding information package. The documents provide important information to help you get off to a successful start and give you the opportunity to get to know us better before your first day of work.

Your first day – Welcome to RÖDL

Your team has already prepared everything for you over the past weeks and days and is looking forward to welcoming you in person today. On your first day, you will be given an insight into your professional induction and a directional outlook for the coming weeks. You will get to know your new colleagues and your location.

Fit4Office

For our colleagues in the office area, we also offer an onboarding program specially tailored to their area of work. During the two-day event, you will have the opportunity to network extensively, learn about essential processes and contacts, and become familiar with the most important systems and tools in office management.

Welcome Day

Every quarter, we invite all new colleagues to a Welcome Day at our headquarters in Nuremberg. This event provides a lot of opportunities to learn about the company, gain in-depth insights, and meet other colleagues. Here are a few impressions:

The fact that new colleagues from all career levels and departments take part in the Welcome Day together means that from day one you get the impression that interdisciplinarity and team spirit are very important here. Arrival – your first weeks at RÖDL

During the first weeks and months, your manager and team will support your professional induction. You will regularly discuss your onboarding process with your manager. Social integration into the team and company is also important to us. We will help you feel at ease and fit in with the team and our firm right from the start.

At Rödl, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibility and your first projects at an early stage. To support you in your development and further training, we offer a comprehensive range of specialist and methodological training courses as well as personal development training at our in-house academy campus. Your onboarding concludes with a comprehensive feedback meeting in which you set the course for future projects and further collaboration.
