To make your start at Rödl & Partner as pleasant and smooth as possible, we have developed our onboarding guide. We are particularly concerned with your individual arrival in your team and early networking within the company.

Immediately after signing the contract, you will receive our comprehensive “Fit4Rödl&Partner” information package. It contains a lot of important information for your successful start and you have the opportunity to get to know Rödl & Partner even better before your first day at work.

Your first day – Welcome to Rödl & Partner

Your team has already prepared everything for you over the past weeks and days and is looking forward to welcoming you in person today. On your first day, you will be given an insight into your professional induction and a directional outlook for the coming weeks. You will get to know your new colleagues and your location.

Fit4Office

 

For our colleagues in the office area, we also offer an onboarding program specially tailored to their area of work. A two-day event gives them the opportunity to network intensively, get to know central internal processes and the relevant contact persons and familiarize themselves with the most important systems and tools in office management.

Welcome Day - What makes us special in a nutshell

Our Welcome Day takes place quarterly at our head office in Nuremberg. The event offers all new colleagues the opportunity to get to know each other and members of the management personally. An informative and varied program provides an insight into the working world at Rödl & Partner. Here are a few impressions:

The fact that new colleagues from all career levels and departments take part in the Welcome Day together means that from day one you get the impression that interdisciplinarity and team spirit are very important here. Integration – your first weeks at Rödl & Partner

 

In the first weeks and months, your manager and your team will support your professional induction. You will regularly discuss your onboarding with your manager. Social integration in the team and company also plays an important role for us. We help you to feel at ease right from the start and to fit in well with the team and our firm.

 

At Rödl & Partner, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibility and your first projects at an early stage. To support you in your development and further training, we offer a comprehensive range of specialist and methodological training courses as well as personal development training at our in-house academy campus. Your onboarding concludes with a comprehensive feedback meeting in which you set the course for future projects and further collaboration.
