Workshop for students

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) play a central role in today’s business world. They not only enable growth and expansion, but also contribute to increased efficiency, innovation and strategic realignment of companies. M&A transactions are an integral part of corporate strategy and have a significant impact on the business world. Our interdisciplinary workshop enables students to develop an understanding of due diligence processes in M&A transactions from the buyer’s perspective and to explore future career opportunities.

By working on a case study in a team, students can gain initial experience in interdisciplinary collaboration between the legal, tax and financial departments at Rödl & Partner and gain valuable practical insights.

The seminar includes, among other things:

• Presentation of the most important legal and tax aspects of M&A processes
• Insight into the due diligence process in the legal, tax and financial areas
• Insight into interdisciplinary collaboration at Rödl & Partner in the context of a transaction
• Group lunch and concluding get-together with dinner from 5:30 p.m.
