Achieving more together
As an internationally active company, we take responsibility – in our role as lawyers, tax consultants, business and IT consultants and auditors, as well as in our role as an actor within society. We are involved both nationally and internationally in specific one-off and long-term aid projects. For example, our support benefits the language project “Hallo Klexi – wir lernen Deutsch”, the Vesperkirche Nuremberg, Aktion Feuerkinder Tanzania and many other organizations.
Our caring self-image is also firmly anchored in our core brand values. Each of us takes care of our surroundings and treats our fellow human beings with care.
Promotion of culture & sports
Even our company founder Bernd Rödl was passionately committed to the community. We continue this tradition by supporting a wide range of initiatives and institutions in the fields of education, culture and sport. These include Der Goldene Ring. Young talents receive financial support from the registered association so that they can fully focus on their sporting goals and, in the best case, qualify for the Olympic or Paralympic Games.
Rödl employee foundation for children’s aid
An employee foundation was set up back in 1994 on the initiative of our colleagues. The aim of the foundation is to provide quick and unbureaucratic support to people, especially children, in emergency situations. We do not make anonymous donations to organizations, but take care of the projects from the very first minute. With our employees as local project sponsors, we have, for example, already been able to support the Gronewald School in Cologne and children in Addis Ababa with school materials and food. Our foundation has proven to be a reliable, sustainable and trustworthy platform for restoring hope, especially to children who have been affected by conflict, illness or other events.
Managing Partner
We also like to get active ourselves and combine commitment to social matters with sporting commitment. Take the Via Carolina Run, for example. Under the motto “Running against cancer”, our team each year runs over 326 kilometers from Prague to Nuremberg for a good cause.
Partnership association Kharkiv-Nuremberg
We are committed to tolerance, understanding, encounters and help for those in need - across national borders. That is why the city partnership between Kharkiv and Nuremberg is particularly close to our hearts. Above all, we have regularly supported the "Nuremberg House" in Kharkiv, which for 25 years before Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine strengthened civil society with language courses, cultural events, youth encounters and further education measures and brought Ukrainians and Germans, Nuremberg and Kharkiv citizens together. For many years, we made a major contribution to a better partnership between East and West. Since the outbreak of the war, the partnership association's constant and comprehensive aid has included, in particular, food and hygiene packages for the needy, the procurement of medical technology and generators and the reconstruction of infrastructure. The Nuremberg House, initiated by Bernd Rödl, plays a leading role in the network of Kharkiv partners who provide and distribute aid locally.
