Internship at RÖDL
Are you looking for a mandatory internship or would you like to gain practical experience between your bachelor’s and master’s degree? Then you’ve come to the right place! We look forward to having you on board for at least three months. After a structured onboarding process, you will take on exciting projects and tasks independently. As a full member of the team, you will make a valuable contribution and actively contribute your ideas.

Internship tax consulting
Your Tax Experience
Discover our modular internship programme in tax consulting. With Your Tax Experience, you can gain practical experience in various areas of taxation while you study. You decide on the duration, location and field of work yourself.
One-day internship
With ‘Insight Day Audit’ you can discover the world of Rödl in just one day. You will get to know our auditing business area and gain authentic insights behind the scenes. A one-day internship. Many opportunities.
Working student
You would like to earn money during your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and put your academic knowledge into practice at the same time? As a working student, you can work up to 20 hours a week during the semester and further develop your skills. We are very flexible and also give you the opportunity to work remotely in some cases. During the semester break, you can increase your working hours to 40 hours per week by arrangement.
Legal traineeship
Your legal traineeship should help you advance your career, not just fill your CV. During your legal traineeship or elective placement, you will work on exciting projects with us, learn from experienced lawyers and further develop your profile. In addition to practical experience, you will benefit from further training in the practice group, support in preparing for exams and the opportunity to do an international elective placement.

Structured onboarding is essential to us – especially when starting your first job. To ensure you are well prepared, you will receive our ‘Fit4RÖDL’ information pack before your first day at work. This way, you know right from the beginning what to expect from us and who you can turn to.
Students Get Together
With our regular events, we aim to promote interaction among all students at Rödl. Whether it’s bowling, a beer garden or a Christmas market: our student get-togethers are always a great opportunity to make connections and friends and enjoy a pleasant evening in good company.

Within a very short time, I received a call asking me which location I would prefer to do my internship at, and I was given many options to choose from. My location-based interview took place shortly afterwards, during which I was asked a number of personal and professional questions. The contract was then sent to me promptly.
