In the immediate vicinity of the Berlin Victory Column you will find our very centrally located offices. More than 60 colleagues work closely together in the areas of auditing and tax declaration as well as tax law consulting. We also offer special advisory on fund matters at our premises. We owe our renowned client base not least to our intercultural teams, which continue to drive our core business forward through outstanding inter­dis­ci­pli­nary cooperation with other offices. Since our employees take on responsibility from the very beginning, we are proud to have colleagues in Berlin who have climbed the career ladder from interns to Partners within eight years.

Cologne, as the fourth largest city in Germany, represents an essential part of the Rhine-Ruhr region with over 1,000,000 inhabitants. In one of the most populous and economically strongest regions in Europe, you will find our branch office centrally located about 500 meters south of Cologne Cathedral. In the Rheinauhafen with a view of the Rhine, our colleagues take care of all advisory and auditing areas of Rödl & Partner. 


With more than 200 employees, Cologne is the second largest location in Germany and also the fastest growing office worldwide. Our attractive offices in Kranhaus1 and The Bench have been following the open-space concept since the beginning of the move to the Rheinauhafen in 2008 and have always reflected the elements of New Work. In Silicium, our own network lounge directly on the Rhine, our colleagues have the opportunity to network in a relaxed atmosphere. Our so-called Carpe Vesperum and other events also take place here. In addition, we arrange various employee events, such as the summer party or the Christmas or children's Christmas party. Our teams are also committed to social causes with a lot of heart, for example, a stairway run in Cologne's Kranhaus1 for the benefit of our Rödl Employee Fund for Children's Aid.

In the Rhine-Main area, which is one of the largest metropolitan regions in Germany, Rödl & Partner is represented in Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main. The colleagues of the office at the number 1 financial center support clients in the areas of auditing, BPO, tax and legal advisory as well as management and IT consulting.


Eschborn is the Rödl & Partner office with the highest ratio of specialist lawyers, which we owe not least to the international and cosmopolitan environment of the region. We are happy to award the particularly high personal commitment of our employees from the Frankfurt area in the form of free annual season tickets for public transport or free parking spaces directly in the Taunus Tower.

In Fürth an essential foundation stone for the success of Rödl & Partner was laid, as it was the training location of our company founder Dr. Bernd Rödl. The office therefore covers all facets of our core service lines legal, tax consulting, BPO, audit and management and IT consulting.

The Nuremberg metropolitan area offers a good quality of life, which we support specifically by offering flexible working time models. Directly at the entrance to Hafencity, near the famous Elbphilharmonie Concert Hall, you will find our modern and bright office rooms on two floors. A total of 77 colleagues from our core service lines legal, tax consulting, bpo and audit, as well as a small team of consultants from the public sector's transportation advisory services work together here. Regular professional and client events – such as the Hamburg Tax Day – enable the exchange of information among each other and with our clients. On site, almost 40 colleagues develop interdisciplinary solutions for the most diverse questions of our clients with the main focus on auditing as well as tax consulting and accounting services (BPO). In the field of tax consulting, we in Regensburg are specialized in advising both wealthy private individuals and entrepreneurs.
Regensburg offers families in particular a good quality of life, which is why part-time work is also very popular and encouraged among women in management positions with us. The state capital of Baden-Württemberg is the central business location in southwestern Germany. Situated in the heart of the city near the central train station, we are very easy to reach. We moved into our new offices in 2015. From there, not only the view is spectacular, but also the user-friendly office and interior design. This allows us to ensure productive exchange and effective meetings. What else do we offer our employees? A collegial atmosphere, team spirit and various employee events such as the visit to the Cannstatter Wasen. In terms of sports, we take part in the AOK run in May and we regularly organize health days.
