The Belarus office of Rödl & Partner is located in the lovely capital city of Minsk, which is the largest city in the Republic of Belarus with a population of almost 2 million people.
In 2007, Rödl & Partner was the first German advisory firm to obtain a legal advisory and auditing license in Belarus. Since then, Rödl & Partner has been a full-service provider for its clients and the leading German professional services firm operating on the Belarusian market.
Our areas of expertise are legal advice (especially in connection with FDI, cross-border activities in the construction and assembly sector as well as distribution activities), tax compliance and tax planning, auditing as well as BPO (bookkeeping and accounting).
In our Minsk office we have about 30 employees, who have many years of experience in providing legal services and advice to internationally operating companies.
We can be rightly proud of our successful work in some of the largest transactions in Belarus (including the largest private M&A transaction in the history of the country). We also successfully support internationally known brands in their entry into the local market.
We are very active in Minsk: Our office is an active member of the Representative Office of the German Economy, the German-Belarusian Business Club, the Minsk Capital Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers and other institutions and associations.
Due to our experience in interdisciplinary support of enterprises and as a recognised legal and tax expert, we are regularly invited to give lectures at various seminars and conferences in Belarus and abroad on the legal, tax and economic conditions for investment and economic activities in Belarus.
We are also very active as colleagues outside the office: we frequently and gladly go on excursions together in Belarus and abroad and like to celebrate special occasions with lively parties, do sports together or have a nice dinner.
