For the third time now, the top employers 2022 in the field of tax are researched and compiled by a team of JUVE experts. Which consulting firms or corporate tax departments score the most with their own employees and at the same time are considered attractive in the market? In 2022 Rödl & Partner is once again among them and has been awarded the seal. We take the responsibility that this implies seriously, since our employees – our colleagues – are our success.

 Top Employer for legal professionals

Every year, Azur100 presents the top 100 employers with bright career prospects for legal professionals. These are primarily commercial law firms, companies, public institutions or consulting firms that are active in commercial law or business-related areas. In this way, the JUVE publishing house wants to provide trainees, young professionals and interns with valuable information, insights and assessments of employers, which are considered by the editorial team to be the 100 most attractive employers in Germany in the given year, from the viewpoint of legal professionals. In recent years, Rödl & Partner has been recognized several times as a top employer for lawyers.

 Excellent employer in tax consulting 2022

Rödl & Partner has received the employer seal “Excellent Employer in Tax Consulting 2022”. The award is conferred by PAON GmbH in cooperation with the “Landesverband der steuerberatenden und wirtschaftsprüfenden Berufe in Bayern e.V.” (LSWB = State Association of the Tax Advisory and Auditing Professions in Bavaria). The topics assessed were strategy, digitalization, work organization, personnel planning, recruitment, development, retention and marketing. Pleasingly Rödl & Partner has continuously performed above the average of the association and in comparison with similarly sized or high-turnover companies.

 MINT minded company 2022

Rödl & Partner has been awarded as “MINT Minded Company” in 2022 (MINT = STEM/STEAM). As part of the same-named initiative, the “audimax MEDIEN GmbH” honors in collaboration with “MINT Zukunft schaffen”, those companies that promote MINT talents and specialists in a remarkable  way. Due to the certification of the MINT Minded Companies as well as their signing of the 10-point declaration “MINT Welcome”, a signal is set for the absolute necessity of MINT talents.

For the third time, Rödl & Partner has been distinguished as a “Top Employer in the SME sector” by Yourfirm.de, the leading online job exchange for medium-sized enterprises in German-speaking countries. The aim of the award is to bring the advantages of SME employers to the attention of job seekers and to give them orientation in their search for interesting employers in the medium-sized business sector.

 Family as a success factor

To be an attractive employer, you should be committed to a family-oriented corporate culture The corporate program “Success Factor Family”, which was launched by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs (BMFSFJ), the leading associations of the German economy (BDA, DIHK, ZDH) and the German Trade Union Confederation (DGB), promotes the compatibility of family and career. Rödl & Partner has participated in the program and has been awarded the “Progress Index Compatibility” seal.
