With SmartUp, we offer a tailor-made support program for young professionals that prepares you specifically for entering the career levels. Under the motto "Looking beyond the horizon and networking", with SmartUp we focus on technical and methodological further education, the early integration into our business model and networking between colleagues.



International Senior Associate Week

Our International Senior Associate Week for newly appointed Senior Associates focuses on project management and interdisciplinary collaboration. Young executives from all over the world come together to work on project management topics in an intensive workshop program and to establish interdisciplinary, international networks.



Associate Partner Days

During our Associate Partner Days, we offer newly appointed Associate Partners an intensive and varied training program covering all aspects of professional leadership, management and business development. In addition to the technical discussions in intensive workshop groups, Associate Partners benefit from the international exchange with their colleagues.


New Partner Network

The New Partner Network serves newly appointed Partners to further develop their leadership competencies and to further strengthen their connections with each other. In an intensive workshop, the participants exchange information about current challenges and opportunities and deal intensively with their new role as Partners.
