I joined Rödl & Partner in 2012 and have been Head of Training & Development since July 2016. Before joining Rödl & Partner, I worked in human resources and tourism management for international companies in Germany and Canada as a graduate in business administration and personell development (M.A.). I have spent many years abroad in Canada, France and Ireland, where I got to know different working cultures.

 
As a mother of two children, I greatly appreciate the family friendliness of Rödl & Partner. The compatibility of career and family is therefore not only important to me personally but also an integral part of my work.
