A well-structured onboarding is of utmost importance to us, in order to provide you with an easy and pleasant start at Rödl & Partner.

 
In addition to the individual on-the-job onboarding within your team, our onboarding guide accompanies you from day one through the first six months – from getting to know your office, through systematic feedback discussions with your manager, to individual training planning. We support you together with your personal caring partner in the team, your new colleagues and your manager in the successful start in your new area of responsibility.

 
In addition to your individual onboarding, it is important to us to give you the opportunity to establish your network right from the start and to experience Rödl & Partner in its entirety.

 
For this purpose, our employee introduction event is held every quarter at our headquarters in Nuremberg. We invite you to use this day in order to get to know other colleagues and the Managing Partners personally. In an informative and varied program, we provide an insight into our headquarters and Rödl & Partner, our core brand values, our portfolio and our internal service units. 

 
In addition, various online training courses on legal and branch-specific topics complement our onboarding.

Targeted onboarding for the office area

For our colleagues in the office area, we offer "Fit4Office", an onboarding program specially tailored to the needs of office management. In addition to a mentoring concept, new office managers are given the opportunity to network intensively during a two-day event, get to know central internal processes and familiarise themselves with the most important systems and tools.
