Review of the 2023 holiday care programme
We are happy to tell you why this is the case in a short insight and review:
Both the Easter and summer holiday care, in cooperation with the Montessori school, were once again a great pleasure for all the children involved and the care team this year. The pedagogically experienced carers gave the participating children an unforgettable time with lots of variety and new experiences.
The programme included, for example, working with wood and the associated materials science. A wide variety of wooden ships and zengardens were created.
The children were also able to give free rein to their creativity as they painted T-shirts in a batik look, wove baskets from willow and learnt about the special printing technique of monotype.
The holiday children were able to let off steam in the Montessori school gym. There they were able to practise the rules of various ball games, climb on the climbing wall, ride unicycles and do floor gymnastics.
The programme for this year’s holiday care was also supplemented by a variety of excursions. Together with the carers, the children visited nearby playgrounds and the Knoblauchsland, for example, where they picked their own vegetables.
Of course, the children’s culinary needs were also catered for. After a short walk to the Nuremberg headquarters, lunch was served in our Campino.
The children themselves were also able to bake delicious waffles, cake pops and the traditional “farewell” pizza in the Montessori school kitchen under the guidance of the childcare team.
The holiday care was a complete success again this year!
Thanks to the varied programme, the children were able to enjoy the holidays together.
We are already looking forward to next year’s Easter and summer holiday care!
