  • 14 weeks of full-time training
  • 8 to 15 participants
  • Final examination with certificate
  • Training in Nuremberg
  • Joining the team from January

 

Your profile

 

  • You have graduated from school / or have a completed apprenticeship or equivalent. You are a career changer and would like to embark on a new career path.
  • You don’t need any previous training in financial accounting – we’ll get you prepared.
  • You have a friendly and confident demeanour, good communication and teamwork skills as well as reliability.
  • You have analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers as well as an independent and structured way of working.
  • Foreign language skills are desirable, but not a requirement

 

Your benefits

Face-to-face training

With experienced specialist lecturers, you will learn the theoretical basics as well as the implementation in SAP and DATEV in financial accounting on site. We also offer Excel Excellence and MS Office training as well as insights into automation enablement.

Online-seminars

Experienced colleagues will accompany you on your journey and pass on their knowledge in online seminars.

Exchange & joint learning group

In our training programme, you learn together in a small group. This is not only efficient, but also more fun.

Practical days with mentors

During our practical days, you can look over your mentor’s shoulder as they go about their daily work and experience everyday life first-hand. You will also get to know your new colleagues right from the start and can integrate into the team.

Regular status reviews

We regularly look at your current learning success. This allows us to adapt our training content as required. Our aim is for you to feel fit to start your career at the end.

Self-study

Through self-study and additional exercises, you can apply and repeat what you have learned and thus consolidate your knowledge.
